That’s exactly why we’re hosting this fundraiser: to open our doors, share who we are, and show that we’re more than just a mysterious building on the block.

What time is the drawing? Event Schedule:
What time does the event start and end?
The event runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests can arrive anytime after 4:00 PM to enjoy food, drinks, attractions, music, raffles and entertainment throughout the evening.
What is the event schedule?
4:00–5:00 PM — Event Opens
DJ music, guest arrivals, food, drinks and attractions.
5:00 PM — 50/50 Drawing #1
5:05–6:00 PM — Stavros Acoustic Set
Live acoustic performance by Stavros.
6:00 PM — 50/50 Drawing #2
6:05–8:00 PM — Party Bingo
Two hours of interactive Party Bingo, music and entertainment.
7:00 PM — 50/50 Drawing #3
A brief drawing break during Party Bingo.
8:00 PM — 50/50 Drawing #4
The final 50/50 drawing of the evening.
8:05–8:55 PM — DJ + Requests
DJ music and requests, plus the final opportunity to purchase tickets for the main raffle.
8:45 PM — Main Raffle Ticket Sales Close
Our ticket team will begin organizing all entries for the main prize drawings.
8:55 PM — Final Call / Gather at the Main Stage
The MC will invite everyone toward the main stage for the evening’s biggest drawings.
When are the main raffle prizes drawn?
The Main Raffle Drawings begin at 9:00 PM.
Prizes include the Quarter Cow + Deep Freezer, luxury hotel getaways, e-bike, Chicago Bears tickets, skydiving for two and additional prizes.
When do main raffle ticket sales close?
Main raffle ticket sales close at 8:45 PM. We recommend purchasing your tickets earlier in the evening so you don’t miss your chance to enter.
What happens after the main raffle drawings?
From approximately 9:15–9:50 PM, the DJ takes over for a final dance party and requests.
When does the event officially end?
A closing thank-you recognizing our sponsors, volunteers, guests and charitable mission will take place at approximately 9:50 PM. The event officially concludes at 10:00 PM.
Can I bring lawn chairs?
Yes. Although tables and chairs will be provided in the Beer garden, food area and under the band tent, lawn chairs are encouraged.
Are we secretly trying to take over the world?
Short answer: No. Could it be more complicated than that? No. We can't even agree on pizza toppings.
Is this event BYOB?
No. We will have a beer garden. No liquor
Where should I Park?
FREE parking available in the Oak Lawn Library lot, the train station parking garage and street parking (where not permit restricted.)
